Regardless of whether the export is software, music, handicrafts, or coffee, producers and exporters worldwide must base their export strategies on the management not only of their physical products but of the intangible value of those products.
Training & Capacity Building
There is an urgent need to increase knowledge and capability in developing country producers, exporters and government managers in the tasks of assessing intangible value opportunities, identifying IP solutions and implementing them.
Raising Awareness
Light Years IP professionals have been working for over a decade to raise awareness of the critical role IP tools can play in increasing poverty alleviating trade and export income for developing countries.
